Return & Shipping Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All sales of our lashes, cosmetics, accessories, and bundles are final sale. Due to hygienic reasons, our items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
If an item you received appears to be damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your Order Number and a photo of the product. We reserves the right to refuse store credit refund/replacement if the claim passes the 3 days period since receiving. If the product is deemed defective by us, you will be eligible for replacement of the same item or store credit . Please allow us up to 48 hours to approve this request.
All orders once placed cannot be edited or changed due to our internal processes with the warehouse. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed as all sales are final. Please email email@example.com indicating your Order Number for cancellation.
* For international orders, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: We're Experiencing Delays. Please allow 7-10 days prior to order shipment. Once your order has been processed (may take up to 48 hours), you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will also receive a second tracking e-mail once your order has been shipped to follow the journey of your Lashes4today products.
Important note: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

Refused Packages : In case of refuse packages, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund. In case of Delays or any situation with your delivery please contact the carrier and filled a claim.
